1. Introduction

BitdexFi (BitdexFI) represents a next-generation AI Trading and Bot-as-a-Service (BaaS) ecosystem designed to reshape digital wealth creation. Through the use of intelligent automation, BitdexFi allows individuals, creators, and leaders to participate in real, verifiable AI trading outcomes — not speculation or token inflation.

By accessing or using our website, dashboard, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the BitdexFi platform. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to the BitdexFi web and mobile applications, services, and tools.
  • “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the BitdexFi services.
  • “AI Bot” or “Trading Bot” refers to any automated trading program deployed or accessed via the Platform.
  • “Funds” refers to any assets or balances used for trading or deposits within BitdexFi.
  • “Affiliate” refers to partners, referrers, or representatives participating in the BitdexFi community or commission system.

3. Eligibility

By using BitdexFi, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • Are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where such services are restricted or prohibited;
  • Will not use BitdexFi for any illegal or restricted activities.

4. Nature of Services

BitdexFi provides AI-driven trading automation tools, analytics, and bot hosting capabilities. The Platform is designed to simplify and scale algorithmic trading operations. BitdexFi does not act as a broker, financial adviser, or fund manager, and does not handle user investments directly.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and verification processes;
  • Secure and maintain control of account credentials and devices;
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations;
  • Refrain from using BitdexFi to process funds derived from illicit sources;
  • Comply with BitdexFi’s AML/CTF Policy and any other applicable company policies.

6. Platform Operations

BitdexFi provides access to automated trading services through hosted infrastructure. All bot executions and trading activities are performed by BitdexFi’s proprietary AI systems or user-configured bots. The Platform functions on centralized infrastructure and does not require blockchain smart contracts or tokenized transactions.

7. Risk Disclosure

By using BitdexFi, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • All trading carries risk, including the potential loss of principal capital;
  • Past performance of bots does not guarantee future results;
  • BitdexFi does not guarantee profits or eliminate market risk;
  • Market volatility, network interruptions, or system updates may affect performance temporarily.

BitdexFi provides access to tools and automation, not financial advice or guaranteed returns.

8. Fees and Payments

  • BitdexFi may apply subscription or performance-based fees based on plan type or bot usage;
  • All applicable fees are displayed before activation or subscription;
  • Minimum withdrawal is $35, with no withdrawal fee unless otherwise stated;
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, design, and AI systems provided by BitdexFi are the intellectual property of BitdexFi Technologies. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform under these Terms.

Users must not copy, modify, resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the BitdexFi system without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraudulent purposes;
  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass security features;
  • Misrepresenting identity or source of funds;
  • Uploading malicious code or engaging in unauthorized data scraping;
  • Interfering with the operation or integrity of the Platform.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

BitdexFi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, exhibits suspicious activity, or threatens the integrity of the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitdexFi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Platform;
  • Loss of funds, profits, or trading data;
  • Technical interruptions or system failures;
  • Decisions made based on Platform information or AI output.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitdexFi, its affiliates, officers, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

BitdexFi collects and processes user information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and its Privacy Policy. All personal and transaction data are handled securely and used only for operational, compliance, or verification purposes.

15. Modifications to Terms

BitdexFi may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be published on the official website, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
